"I bought this service on a Friday and they came on Saturday. They arrived at 10 am and were finished by noon.
I asked them to clean my porch and my sidewalk as well (this was not included in the Deal that I prepurchased) and he did that at no  extra cost.

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"We had a leak in our basement. We called they were extremely courteous, and professional. They contacted us by mail with a packet of information about their service, provided a written confirmation of our appointment time, and the name, brief resume and picture of the person coming to our home. They followed up the week before to ensure we were still available. They were not only on time, but called us the morning of and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier! Saved me time that day! After thoroughly inspecting the problem areas, they informed us due to an inadequate gutter system and inadequate drainage in the area of the leak, if we fixed the gutter and drainage as they recommend, it might resolve the problem, if not to call them and they will come back, but to try that first. We will try what they recommend and hope that there are no reoccurrence of the problem. VERY honest!!! No charge for the inspection and estimate. Great company I would use or highly recommend."
