He arrived late but gave plenty of advance notice. Not only did he replace the antenna, but he also ran an entirely new line of coax cable into my existing set up. He worked with my existing PVC pipe and did not upsell me until he knew I was satisfied with the job. He also helped me lock in a weak station and made it flexible enough to rotate the antenna in multiple directions to receive signals from other markets, but I also have the option to lock it into position in the event of bad weather. This is a well-built antenna that captures signals from 80 miles away from the viewing location. Iâ m thoroughly satisfied with the attention to detail and high-level of workmanship from Carlos and his company."

"Clarence Todman is a professional experienced networking specialist. We wanted to switch from expensive spectrum internet/Wi-Fi/tv service to a more affordable option. The first thing Clarence did was listen to our needs and questions. Then he surveyed our systems (3 tvs) to evaluate the capabilities of each. We discussed using streaming services like Roku and Hulu vs. spectrum, while keeping spectrum internet. He then installed the Arris surfboard Wi-Fi cable modem, interfaced by phone with spectrum technician to make the switch, showed us how to change network passwords, and then made a final walk through to be sure everything was working. We decided to continue using spectrum tv for the time being, but we are returning their modem and router and one of the cable boxes which will reduce our monthly bill. We plan to investigate streaming options (Roku, Hulu, and sling) to decide which we want. We will then have Clarence return to get our choices up and running so we can ultimately cut the spectrum cable tv cost down to simple internet. Clarence was patient and explained things thoroughly without getting down into â geekdomâ which we as elder senior citizens greatly appreciate. We highly recommend his expertise, professionalism, and gentlemanly comportment to others looking for similar services. After Clarence left, we were able to reset our multiple Wi-Fi devices. "I was having trouble with my desktop computer. Sad to say but I only have the basic knowledge of a computer. My screen kept showing me I was out of storage space and it had finally got down to zero space and I could not open any of the programs. I did call Dell support but my warranty was already out and they wanted around $130 to take care of the problem. I then called best by and spoke to a member of The Geek Squad and I was told that I could bring the computer in and for $39 he would point out a few things to me but I would have to punch in everything myself or he could keep it for the day and it would be somewhere around $100 for him to take care of the storage problem. I was concerned with leaving it that he would delete items that I wanted to keep. So that night I saw a TV advertisement on Angie's List and I thought that was always for plumbers, electricians, etc. But I looked it up on my tablet and there was so much more to choose from including all types of Computer Services. I reviewed a few of the listings and saw that Mike's Computer Repair had the most and best reviews. So I picked out 2 companies and emailed them both the problem I was having. I believe it was about 15 minutes later when Mike called me and we went over my problems and he was ready to take care of them that instant so he told me what the cost would be each step of the way. Mike took over my computer and for about 3 hours did all the necessary repairs that I needed. On completion he called and told me that my internet speed was so slow that it was one of the reasons it took him so long to do his work and that I should contact my internet supplier. The next day I did so and we were not getting what we paid for on the speed of our computers so they sent a repairman out check the lines did a few changes and one of our computers the speed returned to it but my computer which Mike had worked on was still extremely slow so I called Mike back and told him that AT&T thought it was my computer. Mike went back into my computer and checked on a couple of items and we did a speed test and it was still so slow that Mike recommended that I get a adapter for my unit. He told me exactly what to buy and if I had any troubles installing it to to give him a call. I went to Office Depot and purchased the adapter got back home and followed the instructions and could not get it to work. I gave Mike a call and he got on the computer again and in less than a minute he had it set up and working and my speed had increased greatly. I am very pleased with the service I received from Mike. He was so friendly and so professional it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of any type of help with their computer."
