Carlos' crew showed up and tore those rooms down to the studs and floor joists. Replaced everything and both rooms look beautiful. The crew worked unbelievably effectively and were very courteous. The work was completed in just 2 weeks at an extremely attractive price. This job went so well, we immediately had APlus drywall the walls and ceiling of another room, removing an old fireplace insert in the process. "I love the guy that did it. They also do replacement windows. This guy was awesome. he actually called ahead. It had been a rainy week. He called ahead because we were anticipating a storm to see if he could come earlier that day so he could get it done around the storm on the day that he promised. Which I thought was great. He told me everything that I needed to know. It was gutter cleaning and tuneup is how they worded it. He told me every issue that I had. They were minor. I felt like he was honest about it. He was not a pushy salesperson. I actually asked him a couple of questions about other things I needed, He was very knowledgeable. He had just finished the ladies house across the street. Excellent job. I went over there to look at hers. I plan on calling them this summer to come and do some more work on replacing front porch posts and work on my deck."
