"Tony Medina of Greensboro, NC promptly responded to my telephone call and came to the home to give me an estimate. His honesty, competence, and knowledge were immediately apparent as we talked at the home. In just a few days I had a beautiful new driveway. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"Carnell gave me a competitive quote and then performed the work on short order, replacing a 50 year old 3,000 sq. ft. driveway that was crumbling and sunken in spots. He and his crew removed all the old concrete and poured a new slab. They stayed on the job until the work was complete. It looks great. The borders to the garage and walkway are well done. It was a very good experience."

"This is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. Extreme attention to detail. He was the only one who asked what I parked on the driveway. Because we have a large RV it was necessary to put down more concrete. Had he not been attentive I would have cracked my brand new job. Would highly recommend."

Customers say: Quick response

"We called Travis for an estimate on a concrete pad and he came out within 10 minutes, even though it had gotten dark. He understood what we were looking for and within 5 days we had our finished pad. He and his crew were very professional and helpful. Very good quality of work. We would recommend to anyone. We had been burned before by a different concrete contractor who left us with a sub-par patio. Travis left us with exactly the quality of work we hoped for."

"Mark gave me my estimate and was also my point of contact for the job. He was very upfront with pricing and scheduling and was very accommodating when I kept changing the type of concrete I wanted and the thickness that I desired. The job looks great and I can't wait to start using my new driveway! The crew that was actually subcontracted by this company did an excellent job and were also very friendly. The only negative was the fact that I wasn't told that this company subcontracted their concrete jobs out and this obviously made it more expensive! However I am still very happy with it! Would highly recommend this company to anyone."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week. Rushing that timeline can mess with the finish, weaken the seal, or leave streaks that are tough to fix. Once the sealant has fully set, stick to a gentle approach. Keep the pressure under 1,500 PSI and hold the nozzle at least two feet from the surface. Anything stronger or closer can blast the joint sand loose or wear down the sealant you just applied.

The ideal frequency for pressure washing depends on the surface being cleaned and your local environmental conditions. For a home's exterior with siding that is safe to wash (such as vinyl, cement, or aluminum), a full wash once or twice a year is a good guideline to remove accumulated dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. You may need to wash more frequently if you live in an area with heavy rain or snow, near a dirt road, or if you notice excessive buildup. Other surfaces have different schedules; for example, a frequently used driveway may need cleaning more often, while outdoor patio furniture might only need to be washed every few years. Use your discretion based on how dirty the area gets.

If there is standing liquid on your concrete, remove it before attempting any of the above cleaning methods. For small amounts of water, use rags, a bucket, and a mop. For larger areas of liquid, lay down cat litter or baking soda to soak up the water first. If you have extremely large pools of water sitting on your concrete, break out the wet vac and get to work.

Combined with a cleaning agent, pressure washers and power washers are highly effective at removing driveway stains. However, these machines are not gentle, putting your driveway at risk of damage. Instead of renting a power washer yourself, ask a professional pressure washer for a consultation.

Jet washers can last for up to 10 years, but a more exact timeline for your jet washer depends on the frequency of use and maintenance. Some machines are given a rating of their approximate total hours of usage, which can help determine how long yours will stick around based on how many hours you use it each year. Aside from learning how to properly use the jet washer, you’ll want to keep it stored safely and securely so that it won’t rust or get damaged between uses.
