This was after several previous engineer inspections but the issue that caused the stop was underground. Unfortunately the planned repair could not be completed due to unforeseen issues with the chimney foundation. The guys could have easily went ahead with the install but they knew the final result would not be to their standards nor would we be satisfied with the final product.
