He and another plumber returned the next day to replace the sewer line. They worked pretty much without breaks from 12:00 to 10:00pm. They did a terrific job."

This was after several previous engineer inspections but the issue that caused the stop was underground. Unfortunately the planned repair could not be completed due to unforeseen issues with the chimney foundation. The guys could have easily went ahead with the install but they knew the final result would not be to their standards nor would we be satisfied with the final product. Having the foresight to pause and reassess the situation keeping the customers cost in mind was exceptional."
