They put in new joists, new tongue-and-groove slats for the floor, and constructed four new railings and four new columns. They painted all of it. They also built us a fine new brick stairs. The work was done on time, too. Gianfranco was a pleasure to work with and explained everything so we could understand it. "EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."
