During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "Very upset. Paid a small fortune for it not to be done correctly. Was told they would return in 6 weeks to reshim. They didn't show and I had to call and schedule an appointment for much later. The appointment was rescheduled by them for a day I was out of town without telling me! Was told when they finally came out that it was not done correctly and they would be back in six weeks to do some more work. No show again. Now waiting for them to call back to reschedule! This has been going on for 8 months. Floor is still sagging. Cracks in walls and ceiling from not having level floors. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!! (the guys that worked on the house are nice, though)"
