He showed up on time, was courteous and professional, discussed the needed repairs Identified and solutions, set up a timely repair appointment with a quote. He told me who would be coming to work the project and when to expect them. His work team showed up on the scheduled day on time and completed the project to our satisfaction. The men were courteous and professional. Mr. Thompson called later to check on our satisfaction and to guarantee the work stating that if we experienced any further leaks after any future rains from the areas that were repaired, he would come back to address those areas without any charge. "I have to say that Boyce and his crew were amazing from the very beginning until the finish. All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. I had two other contractors from angis list out and neither even considered these things that needed to be addressed.
