I met the owner at my property to measure and to discuss what I wanted where he gave me verbal and visual confirmation as to where my fence would be, that I clarified at least 2x verbally. He did not write it down until after the appointment, which was my fault, because I trusted his word. The day of installation, the fence was 3 feet shorter into my yard than it is supposed to be and does not even go to the edge of my lot. I have now lost 1/2 of my yard and I am just absolutely beyond disgusted and p***** off.
