One huge problem was the white marble absorbed the grout and became GRAY in different shades. (I really dislike gray). Samuel and I had a number of challenging conversations, but he was committed to making it right. So I bought a different tile under his direction and his men tore out and reinstalled a different tile with no additional charge for labor and time.
