I contacted International Flooring and Samuel came to my home to see what he could do to fix the incorrect installation and complete the remainder of the project. He was very helpful in laying out the options to fix the issue and finalize the project. We had many delays caused by original contractor delays for granite delivery and other items but Samuel's team did an amazing job fixing the incorrect installation and finalizing the project while working around the contractor delays. They went well above and beyond my requirements and expectations.
