"Michael worked with us for about 2 months after Hurricane Michael, clearing trees and debris. We encountered him when he first arrived in town and from there, we referred enough work from our friends to keep him busy without any need to advertise for more work. They were very professional and thorough, reasonably priced, worked very hard and easy to communicate with. We thought so much of Michael and his crew that we asked them to stay in our second home during their time in Florida. We highly recommend this business and wouldn?t hesitate to use them again at any opportunity- they were the BEST!! Sara and Don Hughes, Marianna FL"

"Because of a slow start and inclement weather the yard was finally cleared of old sod and the ground loosened and raked to remove all debris and leveled where necessary. New top soil and fertilizer was added to the bare ground. Then new St. Augustine sod was laid in the entire front yard. It is beautiful. Hats off to Rocky and crew. KB in MBGY Myrtle Beach, SC"

"He really does a fantastic job. The guy who owns the business is Shawn Gain. I don’t have to tell him to cut the trees, he cuts all the trees. He has got a full business. I tell him what to do and he does every bit of that. He really does a good job and really cleans up everything by himself and leaves the yard good. He has a lot of other processes. He always goes above and beyond his work. He also cleaned up the leaves in my roof. There was a tree which was to be trimmed, he did that and brought the things down all by himself. He knows what he is doing. He also told me what he was going to do when I told him what my project was. There are group of guys who work for him and they work very well and very safe. They are careful about the property. He took out the huge tree for me without damaging anything. He also leveled up my yard. He cut exactly and did what I wanted him to do. I would rate him high overall. His price was reasonable. I would use him again in the future because he is dependable."

FAQs for land clearing projects in Supply, NC

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.

The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.

When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.

The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.

When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.

On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
