Back in Colorado, I managed all the maintenance needs on $13 million in investment, as well as working on residential and small businesses. I have worked with relators on pre-sale and post-sale maintenance needs. Performed small to mid-size projects, conducted home inspection mitigation, have studied home inspection, and am working on getting my NC home inspection certification.
