"Chris did an excellent job all by himself. Took a little bit longer but after all it was a big job for just one person. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
