Customer Service was terrible. Every time I called, I got a different person who knew less than the others about our job. The rescheduled numerous times due to their ineptitude - I was always the one calling the day before installation to see if we were still on, only to be told, sorry, they would need to reschedule. Emails came from an automated software with widgets and computer jargon inside the email - so strange - and they always said the exact same thing. Even after the job was completed, the emails continued to come, saying they would let us know when our supplies came in. Really? The ONLY good part was the man who actually installed our shower, ALONE, because the other man could not make it - no surprise there. The man who did the installation was professional, courteous, etc. - AND he no longer works for PHI because they were so lackadaisical about paying him.

Workers were great. They did more than seal roof they cleaned windows and installed the gutters.

We did not get what we originally ordered. The salesperson gave us bad info at the start, and of course, did not find out until it was done, and all that was told was oops. Also, the loan company was able to put a lien on our house without our knowledge. So I would not use them again.

I asked the installers to remove the existing gutters from my home because I wanted to use them, but they ripped them from the house without unscrewing the hardware. Therefore, destroying the gutter.

Gutters seem to be done well, although the price was high. My neighbor did his for half the price.
