He was very knowledgeable and walked me through his thought process regarding how to best approach the issue, explaining multiple options and their respective benefits. I was impressed with the level of detail he gave me while going over everything. Once I decided on an option, I was able to easily schedule the work. He and his team were very friendly and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I was impressed with both the quality of work and attention to detail! They acknowledge it and attempted to do something to it but it wasn't enough and I had to spend a significant amount of additional money to fix it. Again, great work I just wish that they took care of the damages better. "

I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."
