They laid plastic up to the attic entrance and went right to work. Could feel a difference in the house that same day. Not the cheapest, but on this I think you get what you pay for. They were polite, friendly, punctual and ready to go, with all of the necessary items unloaded off of their truck in an organized fashion, by 8AM as promised. They treated our home/yard as though it was their own. There was no trash. There was no yelling or foul language or wasting of time. These guys worked their butts off!! The job was completed when and as specified. We truly cannot say enough about this crew; they were STELLAR!!! We wldn't hesitate to recommend Dry Pro. In fact, we received three estimates with two being lower, but after meeting with other representatives, we were in agreement that neither of them even came close to having the personality, product and procedural knowledge that Paul Starr possessed. They did exactly what they said they would, they quickly tore off the old roof and replaced it with a beautiful new one. All debris was cleaned up and removed before the workers left. It was very easy to get hold of someone if we had any questions.

The crew was prompt. Cleaned out debris left behind by previous owners. Removed old insulation and installed new. I asked about radiant heat barrier for one room. They quoted and completed that the second day while finishing the crawl space. They did accidentally pull out the cable to Att while in the crawl space, but helped thread the cable back up thru the floor.
