"On almost every occasion in which I have had to hire a Contractor, we have run into one issue or another, from small things, to large problems. Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
