"I am a young, single homeowner who probably does not fit the majority demographic of people hiring for a bathroom remodel. When my guest bath sprung a mysterious leak into the dining room below, I knew I didn't want a band-aid solution fix. I had also dreamed of remodeling that bathroom ever since I bought my home. While brainstorming the best company for the job, a series of West Shore Home commercials aired. I was very drawn to the one day installation and the fast, clean process they presented in the time lapse video. I was quick to request an appointment. Dash was at my door days later. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and passionate about the product West Shore had to offer for my dream bathroom remodel. I'm sure my inexperience in a bathroom remodel would cause other salesmen to be pushy and haggle me for my hire. Dash was very thorough and devoted to wanting to hear my questions and concerns about getting a new bath. He was my first incredible contact with West Shore. After my consultation, I booked a bath tub to bath tub renovation that same day. Dash was honest and said he thought it would be a 2 month wait at most for my installation, but due to my concerning leak, he made a phone call there from my home and was able to expedite my installation. I was thrilled to receive a call that my renovation would happen a month after my consultation and not the 2 months as I worried it would be. Quaid and Ian Meyers arrived promptly at 8:15am on the day of installation prepared to work. Quaid was my first interaction with a West Shore Home installer. He was incredibly nice and polite, informing me of who he was and who Ian was as well as what they would be doing. I was so anxious about my mysterious leak. Quaid was honest with me and said he would repair the plumbing as far out as he could but could not guarantee that would repair whatever leak I was experiencing. After a quick inspection and drop cloth set up, the renovation began. I am so grateful to Quaid and Ian. I had a cast iron tub that was surely not easy to break down. They did it within about 30 minutes! In the process of the demolition, Quaid did let me know they had chipped my toilet that was a mere inches away from the tub. He apologized and said his manager was going to replace it. I was even given a choice of if I wanted to stick with my original design or change the shape. I was very impressed with his transparency and dedication to get the problem corrected quickly. Both guys worked so hard for 11 hours to get my bathroom renovated. I value the look and safety of my home. Not once during this installation did I feel uncomfortable with them being there. I even left several times to run errands, leaving them at my home alone. That's how much I trusted their process. The things I've been bragging about most to my friends and family was how included I felt in the process. About every hour or so, Quaid would step in to let me know where they were in the process and how long they anticipated it would take to get to the next step. I knew what they were doing in my bathroom which added to the safety and security I felt having them alone in my house with me. I am blown away! West Shore has a great reputation among the people I've talked to about it. I keep saying the customer service is equivalent to Chick-fil-A's. I just turned on my bath tub faucet after 24 hours of waiting for everything to settle. I was so anxious to see if my leak was repaired. I can say with so much joy in my heart that for the first time in a month and a half, there is no leak!!! I have a beautiful bathroom and a dry dining room ceiling. The best part is that I was serviced by the most helpful and polite service team. "I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work. I will gladly use their services again

He took the time to answer all my questions about the system, how to treat it, when to check it again, the basic workings of the three-part pumping process, etc. Since the system did not need to be pumped out, there was no charge! The first time we use them, it was to add a sunroom to our house. The second time was to add a deck to the back of our house around half of our above ground pool.
