Chuck Keene did a fantastic job.  I have used him several times before and this latest time was another great experience.  If you need to get septic tank pumped he is the guy to call.

Received this provider's information from a neighbor when our pump alarm went off on a Saturday.  Call was answered immediately.  Mr. Keene walked us through certain steps to confirm the problem (dead pump) and provided useful information about how to handle the situation until he got there.  Mr. Keene arrived when he said he would, performed the work in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and was very professional.  If you are in need of septic tank repairs/service, you can be comfortable that this provider's high marks on Angie's List are accurate.

Showed up on time, performed the operation in minimal time and wouldn't even know he was there after he left.

He arrived promptly based on appointment. The service took even less than indicated and I was offered suggestions for taking care of my system. The company will call me with a reminder when it is time for another cleanout, which I love.

We waited for over a month for Overbeys, the contractor who originally installed our septic system, to come out and mark the tank and lines. They kept putting us off and delayed the start of a construction project we had planned by weeks! I called Keene and they were out within 2 days! They were efficient, friendly, and the cost was what we were quoted.

I will definitely use them when it comes time to have the tank pumped!

Called Keene for an appointment, scheduled one for following week. Mr. Keene arrived on time. Measured the sludge in the septic tank and then dug up reservoir (Found the exact spot, so very small area of the yard had to be disturbed) measured sludge in it as well. Determined it would be best to go ahead and empty both. Did the job quickly and professionally. Place dirt/sod back over reservoir. Will definitely use his services again.

We are new to Angie's list, so this review is a bit after the fact but we wanted to post it as we had a good experience with Mr. Keene.
We were given his name from our realtor when we purchased our house. We had no idea when or if the septic tank at the house had ever been emptied, so we felt it was best to just make an appointment and have it done.
Called Mr. Keene. He came out two days later. I had no idea where exactly the septic tank was. We had paperwork from the sale of the house that told us where the lines were, so we had some indication, but the yard is an acre large, so there were a lot of possibilities.
Mr. Keene found exactly where he felt the tank was located and began digging. He was right on the money ! He opened it up, emptied it and put back all the dirt and grass. No problems. He was quick, efficient and answered all my questions about proper use/care of a septic tank (never lived in a house with one before).
He gave us a magnet with his company name, phone number and the date of our service on it. We have it on the refrigerator to remind us when it is time to call him again. Hope he is still here when that time comes.
