"Recently I bought a house that had previously been a rental. I needed peace of mind when getting different services to come to the house and do task. Angie's list has been the answer many times in the last month for sure! Before I move in, I need to get many things done. So for COIT....Awesome professionals! The air duct cleaning crew came first. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, asked if I had any questions or concerns, found an duct that was not connected and as a courtesy put sheet metal and duct tape on it to close the duct entrance off (no extra charge), was expedient and thorough. Once they finished, they discussed what had been done. Then, the next task was the carpets. Another truck pulled up a little later, and the same courteous neighborly attitude and professional care was provided!!! The carpets were cleaned beyond belief and only one stubborn spot remained...the rest of the house looked like new. No perfumed coverup either!!! My allergies and asthma would not tolerate it. So, I was very happy with the services and the people who did the work!

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
