Fiberclean Carpet Care

I've used fiberclean carpet cleaning in the past. I received an email approximately a month ago as a reminder to get my carpets cleaned before The holidays. As it turned out I was planning a move so I scheduled a carpet cleaning approximately a month from the reminder text. They verified a day ahead that I still needed my carpets cleaned. They got stuck in traffic but called to let me know they were running late. They were still only five or 10 minutes after our agreed-upon time. Fiberclean is great about looking for pet stains with the blacklight that are not visible to the naked eye. They did an excellent job on some really dirty carpet. They scrubbed the edges of the carpet where it meets the wall where years of dust had settled into the carpet. The carpets are significantly cleaner and look almost new in several areas. I highly recommend fiber clean

They were very good. They were on time, the carpet looks good, and I was pleased. I decided to go for them because of the price. I did asked them and they are cheaper than the other company that I have been using. They did everything right, moved all the furniture, and replaced it correctly. They just did a good job.

They did a good job, and scheduling was easy - we just switched to hardwood flooring.

The arrived on time and scheduling the work was easy.  They were great with the cleaning of the carpets and worked h****** some stubborn stains.

I would not recommend them. They use a pad and I just don't feel like it cleans the same as steam cleaning.

They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced.  It was a very light-colored carpet and they cleaned the carpet very thoroughly.

Dale and helper arrived on time.  They were very professional.   The job is excellent and the carpets look great.   The cost was
very reasonable.  They cleaned, put the furniture in place, and were finished in a very reasonable time.   I would recommend
them to any of my friends as I have in the past--as they have done work for me before and I am pleased from start to finish.

Dale is great.  I wasn't sure he could salvage the carpet in this rental.  It had gum, candy, paint, stains, etc.  I expected some residual staining, but he managed to make it look almost good as new.  It saved me over $1200 in replacement costs.  I have used Fiberclean for my home and for multiple investment properties.  He never disappoints and is always so responsive and cordial. Thanks for another great job Dale!!

We have used this vendor twice and we could not be more pleased.  I will never call anyone else to do carpets.  They are very thorough and get your carpets as clean as they can ever be!  You will not be disappointed.

They arrived 5 min outside the hour window.  Said they got stuck in traffic.  But they did a great job cleaning the carpet and getting 98% of the stains out.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them  to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

They were just excellent. They spent hours at the house cleaning the carpet.

The service turned out okay. There was nothing exceptional about it.

They arrived on time and were VERY thorough and professional. We discussed the stains that could not be removed (red dye on a white sofa...Yikes!!) He actually did a water stain test on the furniture the day before to make sure the colors and fabric could be water cleaned. I was totally impressed by this company!!! Everything turned out beautifully. I am getting ready to call them again for four more chairs and an ottoman. Don't hesitate to call Fiberclean. They are awesome!!!

They were very responsive in setting up the appointment, and when they had to reschedule because of an unexpected vehicle breakdown, they gave me a discount for my inconvenience.  The team arrived on time and talked with me to make sure they knew exactly what I was expecting.  The work itself was done in a timely manner and was high quality.  Great experience, and I plan to stay with them for future carpet cleaning.

Dale and his crew came and cleaned all the carpets in our new home before move-in, and did an amazing job! They remove stains that were probably years old...making everything looking brand new for our new house.  Dale was professional and easy to work with, and the price was fair.  I would highly recommend him to family and friends!
