"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. "I wish all techs were as customer service oriented as Robbie and Nick from Absolute Clean. We are older folks, so could not move the beds to remove the area rugs underneath. They not only removed the rugs, but cleaned under the beds as well, at no extra charge. When they returned the clean rugs, which looked like new, they reinstalled them under the beds, again gratis.
