"I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. "We had a significant leak from a hot water heater. Innovation Renovation completed the demo following a restoration company cleanup, replace drywall in the water heater closet, replaced OSB in the garage, and then installed LVP flooring and an underlayment in the great room/kitchen. The work was beautifully done and cleanup was complete. Caleb was very professional, responded quickly to our request for an estimate, and arrived to do the work when he promised. He even went above and beyond by helping move furniture and replacing a damaged board he noticed on our deck."
