"There are many choices when selecting the preferred materials to be used when building a patio cover. This customer was given several choices and viewed all samples but selected the most expensive patio cover material available; additionally, they included additives that are not typical of a traditional patio cover. The customer was fully aware of the cost from the start and such cost did not change throughout the project. Lastly, there was a demo of an old wood patio cover along with an old masonry wall. A new masonry wall was constructed and concrete post footings were required which are elements of more advanced works. Nevertheless, the new patio cover came out amazing and the customer was very happy with the end results and we hope they enjoy their new patio cover now and for many years to come!"
