"Hector did a great job cleaning debris off our second story roof and gutters. We are in Cary, so don't let the Durham address cause you to look elsewhere. He texted before and after photos while he was on the roof, and he was meticulous in cleaning up. He found two small holes in at the eave where an animal had chewed, texted us a picture, and he was able to fix that for us while he was here. His price was very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with his work!"

ADA accommodations often take the shape of wider doors and hallways, ramps, elevators, lower counters and sinks, and easy-to-grab door handles; universal design can include these plus emphasize better lighting, tractioned floors, and other building elements that allow all people to use buildings more comfortably.

Renaissance-style architecture predates Italianate architecture and serves as an inspiration for many elements of the Italianate style.
