Jeff came in time. He came in to check some of the structural defects pointed out by our home inspector. He gave us recommendations to strengthen the integrity of the structure and repairs needed to get the problems resolved. We would definitely recommend his work.

Jeff did a structural inspection and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening with the home.

Jeff is very personable and professional. He came out a couple times to make sure he captured all the requirements, provided options, personally spoke with the framing contractor to discuss and recommend an optimal solution. Jeff is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair.

Met Jeff June 4,2014. Hired him as structural engineer in building our home. Provided him with well prepared detailed information. He assured us he would begin immediately and able to complete the project on our timeline. After 5 weeks all we had was a generic layout of the walls with basic bath fixtures. My wife duplicated his work in one afternoon with a trial version of the same software he used. After 5 weeks I inquired about how much longer it may take he emailed me to find someone else to do the job. Would not trust Jeff to ever use him in the future. He is not reliable.

Jeff was timely, professional and very helpful in defining the scope of work needed to address the home inspector's concerns with roof trusses.

We hired Mr. Jeffrey Moss to inspect the foundation of a house we were looking to buy. He responded to my inquiry right away, and I was able to schedule with him very quickly as well. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed up early, was very thorough, and extremely likeable. The report came back within days, and his prices are better than the other structural engineers I had spoken to that weren't even rated on this site! I would highly, highly recommend him!

We had Jeff design a house for us. He was very easy to work with and did a wonderful job of working through the issues involved in the design of a complex house. We have applied for our building permit and Jeff has promised to help us if there are any issues.

Took his time to look over the situation and then spent enough time with us to explain what he found and what we should do about it.

He was prompt at first and gave us an approval letter that was very vague and the city of Apex wanted to get more information in his letter. After several phone calls and giving him emails with everything Apex requested and all the information from us, to help him write three more lines in a letter, he said he had redone our plans and wrote the letter. He then asked me if I sent an email regarding this Apex need and that he did not really look at the information I gave him. When we finally got the simple letter, after 19 days of waiting, whiich had no improvements to the plan he said he worked on to clean up, but said " Sorry so the delay". H
