Nathan & his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem and take immediate steps to stop further damage until the city could make sewer line repairs. Since then we have used All About Plumbing & Septic for all of our plumbing repairs. We have been pleased with their work which is of the highest quality. This review will focus on our most recent job. Joel exceeded our expectations for service. He carefully and thoroughly documented & explained the cause of the two plumbing leaks and what would be needed to correct the problem and meet plumbing codes. "I wish that they at least look through a camera to see what was clogging the drain. The team was nice, polite, and clean. But, the cost was a bit too much for just running the snake through the pipe, and not knowing the root cause of the problem. They need a camera!"

"Ben Franklin and especially Phillip Munoz were great. Though booked thru Nov., Phillip came out on a Sat to look at an outside leak that was causing tons of water usage and a leak into the basement. He had to come back the following Sat when a backhoe was available and go down 7 feet to get to the leak. He and his partner got totally filthy but fixed the problem. They cleaned up the area and gave good advice on a couple other potential problems. I plan to use them again for a drainage problem and recommend them wholeheartedly."
