Setting up the contract and down payment was smooth and efficient and the project was scheduled. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which complicated schedule, project work and inspections. However, weather, timing and execution finally aligned and the project was completed very satisfactory. Copies of completed slab and footers attached. Also the slab is perfectly level (pictures) as shown. So are the shed footers and foundation."

"We hired Colton Lingle to turn our unfinished attached basement garage/workshop into a custom library with a window seat. It was a very comprehensive job with many different components (ex: removing/replacing garage door with interior/exterior wall and windows, HVAC access, installing lighting, installing/finishing/painting drywall and ceiling, custom made shelves, trimwork, flooring, etc). He researched what permits we needed and procured them for us. Then, every single day he turned up on time and worked all day until the job was finished, which was all done in a timely manner and with as little interference to our everyday home life as possible.
