"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. "He went above and beyond what was expected, showed up early and worked late, when unexpected things came up in the project he handled them professionally, optimistic attitude, easy to communicate with, quick to reply to our e-mails and phone calls. Our kitchen turned out better than I could have ever expected! He is even doing a bathroom for my mother-in-law which is how much I trust him. He is wonderful.
