"This company has some of the rudest and most disrespectful people working there. Veronica and Jessica should not be in customer facing positions. The bathroom remodel was done well, but the tile installer needs a bit more attention to details. We still do not have glass and had to call the glass company last week directly for an update as they were not being provided by New York Renovations. NY Reno kept stating there’s a delay and timing is estimated. However, Glass Depot told us the deposit was never paid and that was 7 weeks after they came out for a template. Just called the glass company again for the first time since early last week after continued vague updates from NY Reno. One very helpful person told me that NY Reno just paid the deposit via ACH earlier this week and that they’d call back after asking around for a timing update. Never heard back, so I called again but was told that NY Reno had instructed Glass Depot to not speak with me. The woman at Glass Depot specifically said she was told by NY Reno to not discuss any financial information but could confirm that “the glass has been ordered”. However, when I called last week, that same person at Glass Depot said the deposit was not made and glass had not been ordered. Meanwhile, for weeks, NY Reno was providing random updates about our glass saying they haven’t heard from the glass company, or that it’s just one more panel to come in. Those seem to be false as well as the “receipt” they emailed which was a text only document on Microsoft Word (not images). I’m sure NY Reno will reply to this and say they have gone above and beyond to make us happy. Or, try to put the blame on us and call us rude for following up directly with their vendor, but we have plenty of emails and an outrageous to show this. Plus, a bizarre phone call from Veronica where she berated me by saying that I picked the wrong person to mess with, calling me insane, etc. Update: After I left a review on Google, Veronica from NY Reno emailed stating that they will no longer be in contact or respond to any form of communication until there is a glass install date. She also continued the false line of allegations regarding harassment. Their response to this review, negative criticism, and a customer pushing for concrete updates speaks volumes."

"Unfortunately I cannot rate their service, the quality of the work or price because they never sent over the estimate. They sent me an email after the walk-through letting me know that several jobs had came up and they were very busy. Apparently too busy to do an estimate and win our business. A little frustrating because we took the time out of our day to go over ideas and discuss options for our kitchen, bathrooms, etc. They even suggested that we go with another contractor if we couldn’t wait. That was over a month ago and we still haven’t heard back."

"I originally hired Danzy to rebuild brickwork on my front entrance. I ultimately used him for multiple indoor and outdoor projects, INCLUDING overseeing other contractors who just were not as thorough or professional as he was. This guy can do anything!! My house is over 100 yrs old, and he has plenty of experience with older homes. Hire him first as your Project Manager, and he will get the work done! "
