It wasn't so harsh to the environment, and they were the one of the only ones in our research that offered that service and chemicals were mild. They also did a termite inspection and stuff, so we really discontinued the contract with the termite service and realized that they offered the other services for the other things. They put in dehydration systems in houses to control moisture levels which could potentially lead to mildew and stuff like that."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
