"Alberts Painting took the time to do the job correctly which, unfortunately for me, was an unusual experience. They did not rush through the preparation process. They sanded the flooring extensively and primed it before they applied a single drop of paint.  The painting companies we hired in the past told us that they would do this time consuming sanding process as well, but not one of them actually followed through.  Every company, other than Alberts, simply did a quick once over with sand paper, applied the paint,  and was quickly gone. In some cases, the paint was already pealing again a few weeks later. When we contracted with Albert's, we agreed upon the best way to do the job and the best products to use. They did not try to cut corners.  They spent the time and effort necessary to do the job right. As a result, the porch looks fantastic and we are hopeful that these results will be much longer lasting than ever before.  Alberts also pressure washed our long driveway and spray painted over a dozen pieces of old wicker furniture for us. They did an excellent and thorough job of these tasks as well including clean up.  Beyond this, I would just say that I found everyone associated with Alberts to be very courteous, punctual and eager to please.   I will be calling them again.

It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!

A very tall order that she confidently and expertly undertook. Julian quickly learned our tastes as well as our likes and dislikes. (We learned that she likes her Espresso with lots of sugar!)
She directed us to wonderful vendors, she has amazingly talented sources for custom work, she negotiated prices expertly for us, she followed through with every detail, kept us informed on the progress of every aspect of the job and honestly gave us the news if any issues arose. She scheduled deliveries and consistently went above and beyond to be sure that we knew she appreciated our business and that we were well taken care of at all times. We couldn't have been more delighted with the results on reveal day! The little extras that she threw in for us were very special and thoughtful.
Our house is now a beautiful, warm, inviting home that reflects our lives. With Julian's help it's become a really comfortable place for family and friends to gather as well as being our own romantic, private piece of paradise this side of Heaven. Working with Julian has been a great pleasure for all of us. She's kind, caring and loves what she does for a living!
