"We had our chimney resurfaced with a more durable ;bird proof EIFS synthetic stucco. Fernandez stucco did a great job and the chimney looks like new. Juan was easy to work with, kept us up to date and was always responsive to questions. The crew worked hard and seemed to be a nice group of guys. "The drywall seams done 14 years ago were very poorly done. We are remodeling and repainting. Reggie Spooner assured me he would make it all look as good as it could, and he was right.
Reggie calls when he says he will call. He comes when he says he will come. He does what he says he will do.
His prices are very reasonable.

"Vasquez Painting is great. I called Jose and he came the same day to look at my patio and provide a quote. I had three painting contractors quote me on this same work before I called Jose and all of them were at least 3x as expensive!! We decided on a price and schedule that same day. The actual work took two days and Jose was very punctual and professional every time we met. The finished product is excellent and I will come back to him for any painting needs in the future.
