The workers called several times with updates as t hey worked. They took photos of this space that homeowners rarely ever enter. I know what work was done and how it looked on a specific date. Valuable information when your house is in a storm zone. They accepted a mailed check for payment since I was spending insurance money and needed to keep track of its dispersal."

"I’ve had difficulty finding someone to make repairs to my existing irrigation system. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision.
