"I had never had someone come into my home and clean before so I had quite a few concerns, such as me having two large dogs and trying to get someone to work around my scheduling. Also I was worried I would be looked down upon. All my concerns where reassured and put to ease. She was very understanding of me having two large dogs, and that didn't bother her, she was also very accommodating to my schedule as I'm a busy mom and she reassured me that no matter what condition my house was in she would show great respect and professionalism to me and my home. She truly did an amazing job. When she came into my home I could just tell there was no judgment. She started right away she dusted she moved furniture and even vacuumed dusted under there she just seemed to go with the flow of what was going on in the house as I have a toddler that's something that's hard to do. She worked from one room and she worked from the next just kind of moving around us and it was just very easy on my part I wasn't stressed. You could tell she took pride in her work. When she was done I just couldn't believe it you know I always do clean but I never realized my house need a deep clean as badly as it did I will definitely be asking her to come back."

"Lee came out to give me an estimate for interior and exterior painting. It turned out he and his team could do a lot more than paint. I ended up hiring Lee to do everything in the house that needed upgrading. His prices were very fair, then he gave me a discount since his team would be doing all the work."

"We contracted with this company to paint the interior of a 2600 square foot house. The top floor has mostly shiplap with minimal sheetrock. The bottom floor is all sheetrock. The trim and doors have not been installed. First the workers covered all the floors, stairs, electrical boxes, can lights, A/C vents, doors and windows. The primer coat was sprayed on the ceilings, shiplap, and sheetrock. All surfaces were sanded, nail holes patched and knot holes shellacked. The sheetrock installers came back and repaired a few areas that were not finished properly, leaving the painters to sand down the repairs as they didn't wait for the mud to dry. After the first coat of paint (the shiplap was spray painted, the sheetrock was rolled), we were asked to go around the house and find any problems with the work. At this time, the painters pointed out some areas of the sheetrock work that were not properly done. Although this was not part of the contract, we asked if, for an additional fee, they could fix the sheetrock problems. They agreed and did great repair work. After everything was dry, they applied the second coat to the whole job. The workers were all very polite and professional. The owner and/or his wife stopped by a few times to check on the job and our satisfaction with how everything was going. We are very pleased with the paint job and the fair price we were charged for the initial work as well as the additional sheetrock repairs. In fact, we are so pleased with this experience that we are asking for this company to give us quotes on tiling the one and a half bathrooms upstairs and also on installing a 10X42 concrete deck downstairs."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Like any other type of flooring, you will need to keep up with regular maintenance on your epoxy floors to keep them in the best shape possible; however, it is not like hardwood floors inside a house, which require special care and more consistent maintenance.

Just make sure you use the right cleaning tools and solutions. Avoid using harsh tools like scrub brushes or hard-bristled brooms. You should also skip cleaners that are highly acidic, including white vinegar.

The best way to clean vinyl floors is to vacuum or sweep away debris and then mop the floors using a mixture of warm water and dish soap or vinegar. You can also use store-bought cleaners if they’re marked safe for vinyl surfaces.

Baking soda is an excellent choice for a natural dog urine neutralizer. You can sprinkle it on a stain, leave it overnight, and then vacuum it in the morning to help rid your hardwoods of the dog urine smell. Hydrogen peroxide is another odor neutralizer, but be careful not to mix it with other household cleaners.

Dust mops are the best option for tackling dirt and dust on marble floors. Vacuums aren’t a good idea as the brushes and beater rolls can scratch and damage your marble floors. If you must use a vacuum, make sure your vacuum has a setting for hard floors, and take care not to apply too much pressure when rolling the vacuum across your marble floor.

Professionals use various tools and cleaning solutions based on the type of floor they’re cleaning. They often use industrial steam cleaners to pull debris out of the carpet. For localized stains, they may use a commercial cleaner or a mixture of water, vinegar, and dish soap. For tile, they’ll typically use dish soap and hot water, plus a mixture of baking soda and hot water for the grout. For cleaning wood floors, they might use a low-heat steamer, a mop with an oil wood floor cleaner, or a mixture of hot water, vinegar, and lemon juice.
