If it wasn't for victor this wouldn't have happened. I know the next time I need flooring I don't have to look because I know who to call. "Chad, Carol, and Adam were fantastic. Chad was able to articulate each and every step of the tasks to be accomplished. Carol was meticulous and very conscientious about getting some mold residue abated and the painted. Adam was detail oriented and was patient with our MANY questions concerning the installation of our balcony door. He made several constructive suggestions concerning perfecting the aesthetics both inside and out. We have hired Chad and his team to complete a larger scale job. Chad isn’t trying to make bank on this one job. His economic suggestions to save on each aspect of the job is much appreciated. He WILL work within your state budget and is very honest about his estimates. We look forward to working him on other projects."

"We contracted with this company to paint the interior of a 2600 square foot house. The top floor has mostly shiplap with minimal sheetrock. The bottom floor is all sheetrock. The trim and doors have not been installed. First the workers covered all the floors, stairs, electrical boxes, can lights, A/C vents, doors and windows. The primer coat was sprayed on the ceilings, shiplap, and sheetrock. All surfaces were sanded, nail holes patched and knot holes shellacked. The sheetrock installers came back and repaired a few areas that were not finished properly, leaving the painters to sand down the repairs as they didn't wait for the mud to dry. After the first coat of paint (the shiplap was spray painted, the sheetrock was rolled), we were asked to go around the house and find any problems with the work. At this time, the painters pointed out some areas of the sheetrock work that were not properly done. Although this was not part of the contract, we asked if, for an additional fee, they could fix the sheetrock problems. They agreed and did great repair work. After everything was dry, they applied the second coat to the whole job. The workers were all very polite and professional. The owner and/or his wife stopped by a few times to check on the job and our satisfaction with how everything was going. We are very pleased with the paint job and the fair price we were charged for the initial work as well as the additional sheetrock repairs. In fact, we are so pleased with this experience that we are asking for this company to give us quotes on tiling the one and a half bathrooms upstairs and also on installing a 10X42 concrete deck downstairs."
