He does his job and he does it WELL! I think he is darned near a perfectionist because if it isn't t right, he will make it right!!! He s so knowledgeably in what he does. They have very high standards and are not satisfied until everything is done properly. They are very neat and tidy and clean up every day before they leave the job.
