Athens Moving Experts, Inc.Omar and Monte arrived on time. They introduced themselves. I showed them what we wanted done. They explained their procedure, I signed the papers, then they proceeded to wrap the furniture with cellophane and moved everything into the dining room. They stacked the furniture very carefully and neatly. Omar and Monte were very professional and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed with their work ethics. In fact I spoke to their boss Mike and requested them back on Thursday to move the furniture back into the the master bedroom. From the first telephone call, everyone I spoke to in the office was very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend Athens Moving Experts to my family and friends .- Joyce M.

TMC of ENCThey were punctual. Knew what they were doing. Made sure everything was secure. Was 21 miles to my home from the storage unit. Placed everything in the room where it was needed, even upstairs. Never dropped anything, never hit a wall, or scratched anything. Would hire again without a doubt. Would recommend to anyone!- Ann S.

TMC of ENCI would definitely recommend TMC of ENC they moved my family from Swansboro NC to Myrtle Beach SC. The move was during a very hard time in my life with my father being sick however they made it very smooth and fast move for us. Helpful Movers IncI would never recommend this company. The movers showed up on a friday afternoon to move a sleeper sofa upstairs and a sectional sofa downstairs. My white sleeper sofa was filthy by the time they finished with that part of the job. They couldn't get the feet off of the sectional to fit through the door, after tearing up my walls, trim, and door, so Patrick the owner told them to just leave. So I have 2 sofas upstairs and nothing for downstairs. So basically they didn't finish the job. When I asked Patrick to come the next day to finish (a Saturday) he said no he would be out of town and couldn't send anyone. Needless to say a week later and I still haven't heard back from him, either to finish the job or fix the damage. My sofa never got moved, my walls have dents in them, my door trim is all beat up, my door needs repainting, and the furniture is dirty, and worst off no contact from the company. The movers were nice and apologetic about everything, but my problem is with the owner. HE DOES NOT CARE!- carol s.

Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.

All the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
