"Carolina Pro Clean was very responsive to our inquiry. Provided an estimate based on our needs. They set up an appointment and on the scheduled day they contacted us to see it they could come early. "After further inspection I found that there were spots that hadn’t been cleaned. There were baseboards that hadn’t been cleaned and there was dust under the beds and dressers in the bed rooms. I was told that it would be included in the cleaning. It wasn’t."

"Really amazing job. They stayed longer than the intended timeframe, to make sure everything was scrubbed down (even in hard to reach areas, etc). They also were very reasonable. I had to insist on giving them more than they were charging, because of the extra time they spent on the job."
