Tony and Anthony Were prompt for their appointment extremely professional and did an excellent job cleaning the upstairs carpets and the two downstairs wool area rugs. Tony also did an excellent job fixing a poor wall-to-wall carpet installation done by a vendor prior he fixed all of their mistakes. carpet looks great, carpet is so clean it looks like the day we moved into the house."

Work was finished by noon on Thursday, and he threw in extras such as putting a coat on the decorative wood around the stairs - he even fed the cats. The floors look amazing! They were the most courteous and knowledgable service personnel we have had in years. Did a complete job and showed us the before and after pictures. Beyond debris and dust they found parts of a small styrofoam child's airplane. Since there have not been children in the house for 20+ years, the parts had been there along time. "My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience.
