- Poolside, IncI went to Poolside and worked with mainly Renee and she told me that the water test I had gotten didn't look right for the chemicals I was told to use and asked if I had anymore of the water. I didn't but went straight home and got more. Once they tested the water they told me that chemical amounts I was told to use was incorrect and they told me the amounts to use and also another chemical I would need. I know have my chemical levels good and we are able to enjoy the hot tub. The 3 ladies here are awesome to work with and want to help you. They take a lot of pride in helping you. I would recommend them to everyone. Poolside is kind of hidden on North Pointe Dr but is located beside McDonalds in the little strip mall

- Anthony & Sylvan PoolsOverall we very happy with our pool installation with Anthony and Sylvan Pools. Customer service is outstanding. We had no hidden price changes. Someone will always answer the phone or return calls right away. We had some small glitches that I was able to deal with. Subcontractors do not work for the pool company directly so they need to be supervised. Like I said the company reps always answer and are very receptive to customer complaints. Digging is one phase of pool construction that can result in extra costs. The excavator dug into a french flood drain that we thought was outside the dig. You have to negotiate the extra cost to fix unforeseen problems with your excavator. Our excavator could have demanded an obscene price as we would have been hostage. He fixed the problem at a very fair price. Also boulders too big to lift with the backhoe have to be broken up with a special jackhammer that is attached to the backhoe, and this can run several thousand dollars depending on boulder size and time . I was able to rent a jackhammer to break rocks myself and saved quite a bit of money. If you are doing a pool in the triangle area and use Anthony and Sylvan have them bring you for a visit, I'd be glad to show it off

- The Aqua SquadI must compliment them on the job. First, they were the only company that even bothered to call me back, and I called several. Second, they showed up as scheduled for the first visit. Assessed the issue, corrected a portion with the proviso that they would obtain a new pump for replacement. Third, scheduled the second visit, again, showed up as scheduled and completed the work. And finally, the invoice was below, quite a bit below frankly to what I had prepared for. I hope I won't need their services any time soon, but they will be the only company that I will engage in the future and you can be assured that I will recommend Aqua Squad to any of my friends
- Signature AquaticsOne of our better contractor experiences. Mike truly could not have been better to work with. I checked 5 of his references beforehand and worried that they had all been bribed to give such glowing reviews but they were right! He showed up for every appointment right on time, was extremely informative and patient bringing samples and explaining options. This is the first construction project (of many) where we left town for the duration of the job; no regrets. Mike sent pictures throughout the process and called regularly with progress reports. Unfortunately, there was one critical oversight during the construction which, when discussed with Mike, he acknowledged was his misunderstanding and proceeded to spend a substantial amount of time, energy, and labor to make it right, never a grumble. The results were as good as we had hoped, perhaps better. Can't recommend Mike enough

"We absolutely love our pool built by Anthony & Sylvan. Bryan came up with a gorgeous design, and Adam did a great job overseeing the construction. I was so appreciative of the great communication keeping us in the loop during the entire process. The subcontractor they hired for the hardscaping was topnotch. Our property backs up to a golf course, and so many people have stopped to comment on what a gorgeous job they did. We have had several minor issues after completion (light malfunction and remote control antennae replacement) and had to submit warranty claims. Brody has come out and gone above and beyond to make repairs, but also to explain how to better utilize the equipment for maximum efficiency. He's very patient explaining things. "We live in a very old house with only one grounded outlet and needed to have a new one installed prior to delivery of a new refrigerator. Arc was able to fit us into their schedule on short notice for an inspection of the work to be done. David Russell was our electrician today and he was AWESOME. We originally wanted to have an outlet switched to a grounded outlet, but he pointed out that he could just as easily run a completely new line on a dedicated breaker. He was even able to perform the install the same day. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to complete everything especially since - our breaker panel and the new outlet are on opposite sides of the house.
