Paul is fantastic to work with and knows his stuff. Could not be any happier with the job he did replacing our pool liner. High quality job! My only regret is that I did not have him install my pool originally. Highly recommend them.

Paul spent a great deal of up front time educating us about the various options during the pre-contract phase which enabled us to make informed decisions throughout the project. He was also very good at alerting us to the upcoming decisions we would have to make. He set and managed our expectations. He was accessible at all times and on-site during all phases of the work. Paul managed the construction from the perspective of having an ongoing relationship after the work was completed. Specifically, he built in some safe guards to address issues that may well arise in the future.

I liked dealing with one person (Paul) throughout the entire project. Paul's number 1 concern was doing everything right and insuring my satisfaction in all phases of the inground pool installation. He made himself available when I had questions and never hesitated to travel 30 miles or more to review a process of the install. Based on opinions of others that had pools installed by other contractors I would conclude that Backyard Retreat is unquestionably the best option for installing pools. You will get a contractor dedicated to your satisfaction and at the best value. We interviewed three contractors and visited pools constructed by all.

I was quite concerned about the purchase and installation of my pool because I prefer to go into projects of this scope armed with information so that I can make informed decisions. Backyard Retreat, Inc. did an excellent job of informing me on the products and procedures. Mr. Tyler is the consummate professional. He took the time to explain my options along with their pros and cons. Every other contractor came in with a salesman who brought in a bunch of material and the sales pitch. If you are considering a pool, Backyard Retreat Inc. is clearly the best source. I have a great pool and the confidence that it was installed professionally.
