And IF a provided service and / or product takes things a Definitive Notch above Excellent . . . Well then it is my great pleasure to brag on these guys. Talk about an exceeding of expectations. Got a price from a previously used decent provider. He's busy so the price just stupid ridiculous. Another guy previously used - "Let me call you back . . . " Not to be heard from again. Busy. I get it. "Can't do it all and it looks like things will stay busy" - Maybe A random Google search brought me across Above All Concrete. After an online inquiry, it was shortly thereafter that Denis came out and assessed the challenging large slab and footer shelf that I needed. There was a clear plan that was provided, a description of the entire process, start to finish. And a Very Fair Price. In light of the finished product, An Excellent Value, that I am certain of. My project had setback after setback dealing with Engineering hiccups among others. Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "There crew was very hospitable and we were able to cut our price down since we wanted to keep quite a bit of the concrete, use them as planters for defining spaces. They even helped us place many of them in our garden areas. My husband provided them with pizza and drinks as they are very diligent workers and we were able to work with them and enjoy in the fun endeavor. "WARNING- do NOT hire Ecoscapes or Matthew Sloop: This company, Ecoscapes at 9330 Boylston Hwy in Mills River, NC is committing FRAUD. The man who currently runs this company, Matthew Sloop, has stolen a $1925.00 deposit from us. On 3/7, as he stood on our property, we venmoe'd him our deposit for agreed upon landscaping work and he said he would be back the next morning, 3/8, to start work. He did not show up for work on 3/8, and the excuses and delays kept coming, so we canceled services. Matthew agreed to return our deposit on 3/25. However, he instead stopped responding to any of our attempts to communicate. This man has no ethical issues stealing people's hard earned money. He did not do any work for us. He has been sent & emailed a professional demand letter to give our money back by 4/19 or we will be pursuing action to the fullest extent of the law. I am sorry to have to write this review, but I don't want anyone else in our community to be taken advantage of."
