Artistic Concrete Flooring

They worked hard at squeezing us in during a very busy time of year because we were in a pinch to get the pad in for a rehearsal dinner that is going to happen in our backyard. Turn around from the time I called to the time they were done was less than two weeks. They had to work hard to slide us in their calendar.
His crew showed up on time. The concrete truck was early too. They knocked out a 27' x 9' pad with a half-moon step in about 3.5 hours. I thought it went very well.
Ryan asked many questions as to what we wanted. He also asked about things to be careful of (sprinkler system for me). They went above and beyond by burying a drain pipe for a gutter downspout. I really appreciated that.
They called me to consult when they nicked a water hose by the step. It was not a big deal since I needed to cut the line to bury the rest of the drain pipe. They were willing to fix it, but I owned that part of the job...
I would do business with Ryan and Elizabeth again. They were very nice and pleasant to work with.

Ryan is a terrible business man. He doesn't follow through on anything he says he's going to do. He cut corners to save money even after reviewing the drawings multiple times.

Contracted Ryan and Elizabeth Hoffschneider of Artiistic Concrete Flooring in September, 2014 to install decorative concrete walkways, repair basement floor and repair retaining wall. Said they could do work in next week. Did not complete work on walkways and basement floor. Did not do any work on retaining wall. Called many times over nearly eight months trying to get work completed. Did not return calls.  When reached, promised to complete work but didn't do it. Finally after nearly eight months of trying, hired someone else for $2,150 to complete work. Dishonest and unreliable. In addition to the constant hassle, having to pay someone else to complete work previously paid for in advance is, in my opinion, the equivalent of stealing money. Beware!

After giving Artistic Concrete Flooring the deposit it was like pulling teeth to get them to show up. After 6 weeks of them telling us they had order supplies that they never did we had to fire them and hire another company. They refused to return our money and instead sent insulting and threatening text.
