While quoting he also was able to help us determine how much wallpaper would be needed for the job. I ordered the wallpaper after our quote and he promptly came out to install about a month later when the Wallpaper arrived. I am thrilled with the way the room turned out! Omar was very careful and even reached out to the company for installation recommendations the day before install. There was very little waste at the end which is great because wallpaper can be expensive! I am thrilled with the quality of work and felt he was reasonably priced. "We have been house hunting for about a year now and just can’t replace what we already have in our current sunny south Charlotte home. So we decided to make a major color shift from boring beige to gorgeous grey, and freshen up all doors & trim, remove all the decor and just stay put. Sounds good, but there are so many nail pops, nail holes, area’s where the sheet rock tape is lifting, wall “pimples” & cracks. Certainly beyond what we can do. We had 5 different companies come out for estimates. What a cast if characters! But one company stood out... From the initial meeting with Ben of Painting & Moore we were sold on Painting & Moore. And when the estimate came back, even more so! The team assigned to our job was fantastic! Guillermo, Darlene & Carlos showed up on time & ready to go EVERY DAY with smiles on! They were extremely respectful of our home and were patient with our “cranky” dogs. The quality of work goes beyond what we expected! No detail was too small as they worked methodically through our huge job. Ben stopped by daily to check in with us. I should mention, after the contract was signed I decided to wallpaper a room already included in the cost. Ben was not concerned about it at all. He swapped in some other items for us. (It was more then fair!) When you undertake a project like ours (whole house) that takes a full week, it’s important the work team enjoys what they are doing. Lets face it, you are sharing your home for 9 hrs a day. Painting & Moore has a pleasant staff. They smile throughout the work day, take pride in the work they do & quality workmanship they provide. "Albert was very prompt on the day that he came to do the estimate. He was very professional. We scheduled the work to start on the following Monday at 9 a.m. I had to call at 9:30 when he didn't show up. He was at my house within half an hour and was very apologetic. We had discussed the possibility of them starting on Saturday and he forgot to write our appointment time down. He had planned to only have one worker but due to the misunderstanding on the appointment day and time, he made up for it by bringing two people to strip the wallpaper to ensure that the job was completed in the two days allotted. The workers were very courteous. The second day only required one person to complete the work and she was very efficient but she did come a half hour later than she had told me the day before. She completed the job in just  few hours. I had not planned for the baseboard to also be painted so had not bought any paint for that part of the job. She called Albert who had her go to pick up some paint to do the baseboards at no extra charge. She put the room completely back together, tank on the toilet, towel rack back on the wall and asked for the switchplate and outlet plate which I had removed prior to them coming, so that she could put them back in place as well. The room was cleaned of all debris. I am very happy with the job that Albert's crew did and would definitely hire him again.

"Can’t say enough good things about this team. Not only do they do excellent work (I am very picky and don’t say excellent often), they are the ultimate professionals. Arrive on time, keep things clean (which is very hard when removing popcorn), regularly communicate status and timeframes, and work hard. Literally couldn’t ask for anything more. Originally, we only asked them to remove the wallpaper and popcorn ceiling. Once we saw how good their work was, we asked them to repair some drywall in another area and do some painting. Highly recommend and would absolutely hire again. You can’t go wrong with David and his team."

"This is the second time I've hired them. First, Luis came and assessed the work needed, recommended types of paint, and gave his estimate, which I accepted. The crew arrived at 7:30 and began blocking off walls, rugs, and outdoor furniture. They worked quickly, quietly, and professionally and finished in two days. No paint or stain got where it wasn't supposed to and they made sure to put everything back where it was when they finished. It was an excellent experience and I'll work with them for future jobs."
