"When I called Kevin to request a consultation, I was at my wit's end with a continuing yard drainage problem. After it rained like crazy earlier this week, Kevin and his guys showed up (without my even having to ask) to tend to the new grass seed and rehab it after the storm. It is clear to me that Kevin takes pride in his company's work, and he has shown ownership over this project. I feel reassured knowing that, if I call with questions or concerns, he will be responsive and helpful.
