They do work around what I as a customer would like to have done and are able to include my needs without any questions for such a picky person that I am.

Whitney and her assistant are top notch professionals! They are on time, reliable, detail oriented, always smiling, friendly, always send me a reminder the day before they come, GREAT at communicating, so flexible, have great hourly rates and are so thorough at what they do. They really do work hard and because there are always two of them, cleaning gets done in half the time it would normally take just one person. I have hired them to do deep cleaning of my home and once that is completed, they will begin a routine of maintaining my home. I just could not be more pleased with them. I am very satisfied with them and recommend them 100%.

Whitney is excellent. She is punctual, detail oriented, fast & friendly. Her rates are better than everyone else i talked to and she is well worth it. Because of her service and rates, I hired her on a weekly basis. I am currently 7 months pregnant, and I like my house VERY clean. I usually have to clean behind a maid service when they leave but I don't have to do that with Southern Scrubbers. Whitney has helped me so much and I am very thankful for her.

Whitney is amazing! Arrived on time. She did everything on our list. We are moving to Nashville next month and needed the house to be given a thorough cleaning before we put it on the market. We knew it was for us a task that would be close to impossible given the extra burden of the virus. Every room sparkled. She was finished before she had estimated she would be.

Whitney is reliable and easy to work with! She communicates effectively (and with good southern manners) and shows up when she says she's going to. She cleans thoroughly and efficiently. Her rates are more affordable than other quotes we were given by competitors. I like that she offers an hourly rate for our short-term rental houses, rather than a flat rate like most cleaning companies. This makes me feel like I can do some of the cleaning when I'm able to in order to reduce overhead costs of our business. I am so thankful I found Southern Scrubbers!
