288 Scratched furniture, scratched new wood floors, damaged door frames, dented stainless steel refrigerator and dented a stainless steel freezer and broke the toe grille. Original quoted price changed (3 times). Owner/Linwood Hood was rude and obnoxious. He would not listen; repeatedly...
He showed up at the time he said he would. He had to assemble the new fixtures and hang them. The fixtures were very heavy. He did a great job. We are very satisfied.
This is a Bryant heat pump/ac unit. I'm told it was purchased and installed during a brief time when Mr. Williamson sold the company and then repurchased it. The unit looks like it was assembled by a pack of cub scouts. The electric wiring was found (by another company) to be totally faulty...

Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."
