273 Scratched furniture, scratched new wood floors, damaged door frames, dented stainless steel refrigerator and dented a stainless steel freezer and broke the toe grille. Original quoted price changed (3 times). Owner/Linwood Hood was rude and obnoxious. He would not listen; repeatedly...
He showed up at the time he said he would. He had to assemble the new fixtures and hang them. The fixtures were very heavy. He did a great job. We are very satisfied.
This is a Bryant heat pump/ac unit. I'm told it was purchased and installed during a brief time when Mr. Williamson sold the company and then repurchased it. The unit looks like it was assembled by a pack of cub scouts. The electric wiring was found (by another company) to be totally faulty...
